Kaslo-based · Full-time seasonal · Training provided
Practical outdoor work caring for homes and properties throughout the Kootenays.
The role includes services such as window care, roof drainage, exterior cleaning, roof and moss care, equipment use, client communication, and working from ladders and roofs.
Previous industry experience is helpful but not required, as is work in other trades.
Training wage starts around $19–$20/hour. As your skills, reliability, and responsibility grow, so does your pay — with the opportunity of reaching $28–$32/hour within the first year, with continued room to grow from there.
As Elevate grows, opportunities can emerge in field work, administration, operations, client support, and other areas.
